These terms apply to the TextSwitcher macOS application and to this website, published by Antari. By downloading the app or using the site you accept them.

Licence

TextSwitcher is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use on Macs you control. You may not resell it, redistribute modified builds, or remove its signing or update mechanism. All rights not granted here remain with the publisher.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app or the on-site translator to process text you have no right to read, and do not attempt to interfere with the update feed or the site.

Updates

Version 1.2.0 and later check a signed release feed and can install verified updates. Automatic checks can be turned off in the app’s settings. Updates may change or remove features.

Contributions

Payments made on the support page are voluntary contributions towards development, processed by Stripe. They are not a purchase, subscription, or licence fee, unlock nothing, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Write to support@antari.io for a receipt or a refund question.

No warranty

The app and the translator are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Automatic correction can misjudge a word, and some apps and fields are not supported at all. Do not rely on it for text where an incorrect edit would cause harm; review important text before sending it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for lost or altered text, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or the site.

Third-party names

macOS, Safari, Google Chrome, Slack, Telegram, ChatGPT, Asana, Lovable, and Stripe are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced descriptively only.
